This course is designed for those who have an interest in exploring traditional and contemporary approaches and techniques within Documentary photography, including Street reportage, Social documentary and Photojournalism. Gain composition skills and develop a critical eye to shoot images that communicate a story effectively. Challenges will be set to improve students’ street documentary camera skills, and move their photographic ‘seeing’ to the next level. Develop ideas for shooting images to document your own life and surroundings. For students who have an interest in documenting aspects of the world they live in. You will be introduced to the essential skills to capture a story and how to create a narrative or dramatic sequence for your own photographic journal/personal documentary project.
If you are not entitled to a reduced fee but are finding it difficult to pay for your course in one go, we can offer a Staged Payment Agreement to split the costs into three payments if your course(s) costs £200 or more.
